I suppose you do but you are also unable to play your games online without accepting the new update. #ps3

@pressstart: Not sure but I'm a huge picross fan and the 3D version was a refreshing change.

@excel_excel: Yes it was, but I made it through and lived to tell the tale.

Hopefully you accept images as well as a picture is worth 1000 words sometimes.

Good story, I know in my years I choose some games to write for and others to just play for fun.

Got mine too

I loved the card game, but laughed 'til it hurt at SAME ORPHANAGE, BUT FORGOT!

Mario 1 did have mid level checkpoints. I also knew someone who could jump OUT of the pits if they hit the wall just right on the way down. I couldn't believe it at the time.

Loved the game, but I agree with it being too short and I missed the old catchy music of the castlevanias and metroids before it.

@Paradox me: I wouldn't want to put my lips on a flute while down there, he is braver than I.

This reminds me of the Blockbuster World Video Game Championship II in 1995 where you had to play a timed Donkey Kong Country cartridge.

System link needs to check which system has the most up to date patches for a game, then update the other systems across the network.

Now we can almost be like Tracy Jordan.

I was given a SHAREWARE copy of Starcraft. It probably sold in stores for like $5-$10, despite the fact you could download it for free anywhere.

Probably getting a Virtual Boy with Mario Tennis for $30, when they were selling for $300 elsewhere in the same mall.

I had been using my PS3 mainly for folding@home while I finished up games on other systems.

@Green-clad Gamer Dude: No question, I write FAQs instead of reviewing them, so I play a lot of garbage (and good stuff) for that as it is. Nevermind the games I buy myself that I don't write for.
