I want to pass on some information that, believe it or not, Gloria Allred told me when I spoke to her about my own workplace situation, as I think it’s something folks might not be aware of.

Save voice mails, emails, etc. Make a log of events, who was present, etc. There are also a few apps for your phone that you can use to record conversations that aren’t so obvious. You could also get one of those “nanny cams” in a picture frame, etc. and keep it at your cube, desk, etc. if the harassment takes place…
