Reign is introduced in New 52 Supergirl issue #5. And she has grey skin with long red hair and wears black pants and a black top. The word bubbles are purple.

I don't think either one is stronger than the other. I think they are equally matched. And with Kara's DEO combat training to specifically fight Krytonians and Clark's lack of formal training I think they are on par with fighting skills.
