Interest in VR headsets have never been as high as they are right now, motion sickness is something that will be eliminated by future iterations of the Rift... The only reason VR was overhyped and underdelivered in the 90s is because the headsets were too expensive and difficult to attain. This isn't the same scenario.

It's wild to me to read that gamers aren't excited about VR tech. It's really one of those things you need to try to understand why it's great. It's not a novelty like 3D
