Good thing nothing you've said is based on anything real or legal. You're spouting off about your personal theories on what the Internet should be.

Why should there be a limit? What rational reason can you possibly come up with? If I just want to sit on the domain forever that's my choice. Can you imagine someone storming into your house and taking your property because you're not using it? It's the same thing. Domains are intangible property. It's the same

Sorry fanboy, domain registration doesn't work that way. You can hold onto your domain as long as you choose to. Domains don't work like copyrights. I own a few domains and I'm not using them currently but intend to in the future. It would be total bullshit for someone to take away my domains because I didn't launch

There's a hundred reasons why their system shouldn't have been called WiiU, but the most important reason is not being able to secure wiiu.com. Lame. The signs were all there Nintendo.

If they are going to turn this into a DLC heavy game, they might as well make it F2p. At least then nobody will complain about the mandatory always online connection.

Cool, I missed those links. Yeah I never got into the whole Pokemon thing so that's not immediately obvious to me. (Ellie was the only other obvious one for me)

Which characters are they all portraying? The only obvious one to me is Wii Fit girl. Girl in the red skirt, who is she please?

12 year old discovering the internet for the first time.

I obviously read the entire article which is why I was surprised at your first post. If you know the author makes it clear that they're not cyber squatters, why even bother posting this comment in the first place? It's like you decided to only read the first few lines but not the rest of the article where the author

Try reading the next few lines where they make it clear that it's not cybersquatting.

No because I don't want to spoil the game for myself, but I've heard the first half hour of the game or so is pretty heartbreaking/serious. The "these graphics suck!' comment certainly didn't help either.

The article makes it clear the domain was registered before Wii and WiiU came out. They're not really calling the domain registrant a cyber squatter

I watched an LP of silent hill 2 once, a pretty serious game for the most part, and the LP'er was cracking jokes beginning to end, ruining his first time experience with the game completely. Likewise, these two numbskulls ruined a pretty serious intro to this game by making predictable jokes. It's too bad seth rogen

soon as they started cracking jokes during the game i clicked out of the video.

Fair enough, I didn't see the rest of the thread because the conversation threads are always collapsed. Still not clear on how to use Kotaku's new comment system, but I see what you're saying. Moving on.

yes please, and none of the raping of the original source material that went on during twin snakes please. Will David Hayter return, it is 'young snake' after all. No need to call in Keifer.

Take a deep breath and walk away.

Regardless of how I got here and regardless of the age of this article, it's totally unreasonable to expect anyone to read every conversation thread below a news article. Get real.

then don't reply.

Only on the Internet do people like the communication skills to have a normal discussion. Ill pass on whatever 3 month old post you're talking about.
