I remember a story years ago about Iraqi's taking one of our guys killing them and hanging then out to public for added humiliation. The media spun it to make it seem like it was our soldiers but it was blackwater guys. I'm now understanding why they have that level of hatred toward us.

The cut jobs weren't just the gaming divisions of Sony since you didn't bother to read beyond the article's headline. Article makes it clear this is motivated by the LCD/TV division losses due to competition from Samsung. Sony isn't just a gaming company.
