Still waiting for Sleigh Bells to sue her because her new song “Ready For It” sounds EXACTLY like the Sleigh Bells song “Kids” only bad.

I find it hard to believe 3LW has been so busy for the last three years that they only just got around to filing this suit.
Even as a young Catholic girl, surrounded by critical adults, I got what she was doing. Agree or disagree but it fucking made sense.
This Is a Rebel Song
Not saying that Sinead would have been the megastar she thinks she would have been without tearing the picture up.
Also, if his private Catholic schools were anything like the ones I went to, they were only technically integrated at best.
It’s like the “old money” people in NYC who think they are super classy because they drive an old BMW station wagon or a new Volvo.
What baffles me even more is the white bread and mayonnaise eating motherfuckers that think someone like Bannon and his boy Don really give a fuck about them? I don’t think rich people are really looking out for me, even if they agree with me on some politics. You gotta be a special kinda stupid to believe Bannon…

He’s basically saying that it’s okay to shoot people you disagree with politically.
Former IVY athlete here. They offer some “academic” scholarships for really talented athletes from time to time, but its rarer than you probably think, and in my experience not for football players. For whatever reason the league is pretty aggressively anti-football. They don’t even allow teams to play in the FCS…
From what I’ve heard on other comment sections of these blogs basically all big sport athletes at Ivies are on academic scholarships which they seem to dig out for anyone they want on their team. These schools have such large endowments it’s pretty easy to do.
3.9 GPA, does charity work, and had an offer from an Ivy League school but chose Uconn. I wouldn’t want someone with that kind of judgment hanging around my program either.
Difference is that Cornell is not a scholarship, per se. They can get you into the school, and they can provide financial aid to the extent that your family is determined to need it, but they don’t pay for tuition, room, board, etc.
