the character design looked like cosplay to begin with so no surprise this translates well

but not laid

Peter Dinklage should play this guy in a movie

except on rumble

an even stranger scenario: you make an internet comment and suddenly remember all the times you’ve been pulled over for nothing. *twilight zone music*

i will never understand you savages that always have 100s if not thousands of emails constantly sitting in your inbox.

sounds like you’ve never gone through a warranty process before

even a board (that you can paint) for it to sit on works wonders

thanks for sharing

The mint museum in uptown is well worth the admission. they normally have at least 2 rotating exhibits and maybe 2 established ones that have some truly incredible pieces. good mix ranging from american portraits and landscapes to modern art and sculpture.

Uptown can be kinda pretentious, expensive, and filled with frat-boy-banker types. for a more relaxed setting try out south end (just south of the city) and plaza midwood/noda (just north). Both areas are accessible by the light rail line and have great food, breweries, and places to spend time.

for a fun and alternative method of getting a quick feel for the city and it’s history, take a tour on the Funny Bus. It’s an open-windowed, repurposed school bus that takes you around the 4 wards of the city. It meets and stops at a good market to eat and you can bring alcohol on board to drink while they drive you

the best brewery is just north of the city. it’s called High Branch, and it’s a hidden gem. another decent one called Cabarrus Brewing Co. is right across the way from it too. a good place if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the weather, great beer, and food trucks.

the light rail (aka, the train line) is basically operated on the honor system. you can ride for free 99% of the time without anyone checking for fare tickets. ofc, you should support public transportation if you want it to stay around and be maintained/expanded.

this is just plain wrong. a beer is $8 which is still somewhat expensive.

also, EVERYONE is banned from saying “fam”

you’re in big trouble for apparently being associated with McGregor, mister!

he’s lucky it wasn’t florida or texas

it’s pretty interesting how quickly we as a society have turned away from the r-word. you don’t have to go back very far to see it being thrown around casually in some mid 2000s or even early 2010's sitcoms.

she’s probably hoping you like to eating out on vacation as well. just keep that in mind...
