YOLO, right?

This is why I will never use Turo and Airbnb.

Yeah.  If Charger Fan can meet some of these 7-9 figure a year folks, it would open his eyes more.  Hard for us mere mortals to imagine, but it really is a have vs. have not world.  As in the have been there, done that, and the have not seen it, experienced it, don’t even understand it.

Exactly. Once you’ve seen how that top 1% do things, you see things differently. And the old money vs. new money too.

Yeah, you have some. But here in so cal, OC, LA, and more and more SD, people who buy these things brand new, have hard money. A lot of them have $1000+ leases and they don’t mind it one bit. You also have folks I mentioned that can write it off as part of their business expense. These are the same folks who fly

I know folks who can buy this, in cash, and wouldn’t even bat an eye.  If you can afford the finer things in life, why the f not?

iPhone user since original here. Although I have never had to replace a battery, I have heard of your situation happen to others I know. However, I would think that phone is different because there is a variety of factors (signal strength, data usage(background/actual), indoor/outdoor, etc) that could negatively

1st - Currently, only way to assure the next buyer is a better/overkill battery warranty.  Automaker and dealers will balk, but until tech/software catches up, this is the only way.  The 2nd buyer should get a 5 yr/100K warranty promising X% from original.

The RX PHEV is an interesting one.  I am trying to convince my wife the new GX PHEV should be her next car, but she is nowhere near ready to leave her beloved Odyssey.

When you say interesting car, you got me curious...what did you get?

I got a Mach E RWD with the extended range battery. Been avg about 4 kWh per mile, 100% charge gives me 358 miles.

And outside take - he has to push the return to office narrative because he wants to sell more cars. If people work from home, the need to replace gas car will decrease because it doesn’t matter if you only get 15 mpg if you only use your car for quick around town errands and on weekends. With most EVs generating a

I took delivery of a RWD Extended Range Mach E a month ago. $61K sticker(custom paint), $7K down, 3 yr 15K/yr lease, $605/mo. Got three incentives from Ford. State rebate pending, CPA already knows about Fed credit during tax filing. I can buy but why? In three years, I will get the Macan EV or go back to Toyota/Honda

I can see your point but as an avid cyclist and runner, I have never had a problem. As far as sharing the road is concern, I would say tint isn’t even the top five concerns for both the cycling club and running club.

Tinted windows. I know it is not a moving violation, but seriously?

Minnesota - if we can just shift the male a little closer and tilt the angle by about 35 degrees, it make for one very interesting plate design.

Making the drive to LV next month, but the EV will stay home. There are just things our Odyssey Elite offers that no other EV on the market offers. The Escalade iq, maybe. We did the trip two years back and avg close to 28 mpg round trip and going 70-80mph. I can pretty much get from my house to LV without stopping
