I agree with you 100%. I was only there a short time and I can recall a few incidents where I really wanted to do right by the customer and get them paid/fix but was asked to escalate to the supervisor or forward to investigation. As long as insurance companies are publicly traded, then bottomline and stockholders

Not trying to troll, honest question here..but does the end user release Tesla of liability if something happens? Maybe a dumb question but I am just thinking if you use the feature, hit someone and they sue, is Tesla(or any manufacturer for that matter) not responsible.

Not sure if I follow. It was just a job at the time out of college, not a career move. AAA got everything fixed and went after the at fault, no sweat off my back. If you are implying adjusters are jerks, well, that your view but when I was doing the job, I tried to treat our insured the way I would want to be treated

We had a 2015 Sienna and traded it to get the Elite after seeing the rear crash test video. I agree, the amenities and driving feel are top notch when you compare across the entire segment. Even with the new Sienna and Sedona coming in 2021, the current gen Odyssey still have them beat, IMO. Gonna be interesting to

Yeah, we were thinking of the same thing and was about to discuss it with our insurance. They didn’t total because the frame was intact and 95% of the parts replaced were just cosmetics (headlights, taillights, sensors, etc). The only “metal” they replaced was a new OEM liftgate and sheet metal to rebuilt the trunk

Hat tip on getting your wife situated. Happy wife, happy life.

I look forward to seeing this truck off-road soon.

Goes great with less positive results if we don’t test as much.

1st: With people losing their jobs and income, some folks have been forced to move further away from city center in order to afford rent. One person I work with now drives 1.5 hrs each way to work vs. 30 mins prior because her family moved and they help her with her son who needs special care for school. IMO, just

Given the nightmare we all witnessed last night, this story, and so many more like it, is what we need right now.

The AW, when used correctly, can be a very helpful tool. From paying for things to home security to two factor authentication.  Its nice to be able do them without having the physical phone with you. With COVID-19, it is especially true when you factor the less I touch my phone in public, the better. But I also

This is close...Strip Club that holds Sunday service

We had one for a month while insurance fixed our Odyssey. Is it functional for a family of four? Absolutely! It offered plenty of usable amenities, tech, safety and reliability for years to come.  Get the trim with the AWD and you can do even more.  It offers a pretty good balance of space and daily usefulness without

How many times have this car died or was near dead?

Recently bought an SUV, I ended up with a Passport because a)if i need something with three rows, a van is more than suffice and b)why pay another 2-3K for two seats and area I won’t use.  Have to say, very happy with the purchase after multiple runs to the farm for produce and Home Depot run for home stuff.  Next up,

I knew someone who owned one of these.  She bought it from her parents and she took it in for an oil change and came back out with an engine replacement along with almost everything new under the hood.  She was saved by the extended warranty that her parent bought, but she was without a car for almost 6 weeks.

Yikes. They made this because the Stinger are selling like hotcakes, right? Who buy these?

People with stable income will continue to buy and lease, but the hard truth is, this whole pandemic will create a “wage lag”, esp those in the service industry, for years to come.

Most minivans buyers probably won’t care much are signatures DRLs but how useful the interior storage is and functionality of the van as a whole. Last time Kia came out with a van, it looked good on paper but then behind the wheel, it was a load of crap. Even rental car companies stuck with an aging Dodge van vs.

So the Ridgeline made a baby?
