90% of my commute is done by train and bus. I drove 18K miles in four years and I think this model will beat any MPG guidelines out there. Let’s be honest, the personal automobile, ICE or EV, is very wasteful.

Service and gig workers are getting hit like a Rocky punch. The economy, when you look at how people made money just to survive, was hanging by a thread before. Now with COVID-19, it is going to get worse and we will see a huge domino effect.

Bought a new car about two weeks before everything blew up.  Nothing fancy, just something big enough to haul me and the family.  In the short term, everywhere you look there will be a world of hurt.  If we can stop the spread and let the stimulus buy time to get everything back up and running, going to take a year or

Yeah, I considered buying a Macan, then I got in it and realized it was too small.  Took my money and went and got a top trim Honda Passport.

Tom, pretty sure you know this but there are some major deals out there on remaining 2019s. Just purchased a ‘19 Passport three weeks ago, almost $6K off invoice.  Funny thing is, even if I wanted a ‘20, there were none in stock in my area in the color/trim I want.

Just tweet Elon directly, I am sure he will get it fixed. /s

No. I just recommended it to my neighbor’s kid. He wrecked his first car and needed a replacement with a $2K budget.

We traded in our 2015 Sienna in 2019 to buy the Odyssey after seeing the rear crash test video when the Sienna’s 3rd row was completely demolished.

Vaccine?  Can the mofo just start a PR campaign to tell his/our people to stop eating crazy stuff at the wet market?

You can do it too.  I am a firm believer that if you keep pushing and work hard, you are one big break away from everything just working out.  Keep pushing and see you at the finish line.

thats one way to make your company blow up.

The stinger guy=buyers remorse.  Bought a car and 18 months later want something new.

7 figures retirement

I totally get what you are saying but there are exceptions.  I put $35K down on a $50K car and financed the rest over 36 months on 0.9. We also own a 4br/2.5ba townhome and two kids in private school one city over.  We don’t live large and well within our means but we put value on things that last and we plan to keep
