I use Wal-Mart Prepaid personally. They even have a pre-paid that doesn’t even charge the 3.00 to load but I’m not sure of the difference between the two but I’ve used mine at various sites that I simply don’t want to change it for the no fee one. 3.00 isn’t much and I load it once a month, pay my bills with it etc…
