Absolutely! My TV tuner card doesn’t work in Win 10 at all “unrecognized device” even in compatibility mode but Windows Media Center picks it up every time so i was REALLY bummed when Win 10 killed it off. Not sure why they did that to begin with but at least we now have a workaround. :-)
