If Mario Maker comes out for the Switch, I’m going to make it a required resource material for my students to buy. I don’t teach out of books (SO no extra costs there) and I’ll prob get it covered by financial aid for the students as well.

So many ways to teach design in that brilliant game. I mean... its based on

Cause I’m the shit, boooOoooYyiee!

One man’s blessing is another man’s attempt to reach and find just one more flaw in a great device I guess.

It was switch side. The auto input method on the device was set to ON, and subsequently keep sending false “awake” signals to the tv.

Jason, I’m thinking about requiring your book for my intro class. What do you think budding new developers will get out of reading it?

WHy are you un-greyed?

Thank muff!

Add in faction wars and deeper space battles and I’m ready to jump back in!!

: (

I saw a destruction vid of the switch. Besides a plastic screen that scratches (instead of shatters and is solved with a screen protector) the thing was almost impossible to kill.

Ah man you were so close.... then you had to make the throwing money away comment... sooo close to sounding reasonable and undickish.

AHhh so that’s why I love my switch. I earn a nice salary. All those years of hard work... finally paying off... can enjoy new hardware without being a cynical dick...

The Wii U tablet doesn’t house a GPU.

I got that stand for 14$. I bought it for the increased stability and multiple viewing angles.

Dude it’s INSANE all the hate being lavished on this awesome little console.

Would you rather spend 10$ on a screen protector to guard the plastic, or have glass that can crack?

Yep....

Getting your fill of a video game by watching a stream is probably worse than having someone describe a full play to you when you need some broadway.

Man when I celebrate things I usually just wind up with a hangover. How does this guy wind up with money from views?

$50?
