Gonzo, definitely. It’s a deadly serious competition for the honour of your country but also one of the biggest gay-positive events of the year, so a lot of countries try to get audience votes by being extra camp. If they’re not genuine, this fails miserably, like Scooch did with Flying the Flag (For You) in 2007.

I can only speak tourist Italian but it’s my understanding that Gabbani’s song was a satirical commentary on Western appropriation of Eastern culture, which made me like it a lot better.

The balloon! I feel sad that Jedward got through in previous years when Ireland has so much more to offer but doesn’t always do well in the semis.

Petition to keep the baby’s name ‘Baby’.

The only King Arthur film I can countenance Guy Ritchie making is one where all the characters talk like South London geezers. And every sword is also a gun.

That is such a gorgeous colour. She looks stunning.

Do the stuff you won’t be able to do with a newborn. Due to the physical demands of my job, I had the last month off before my due date. I spent the time making food with ridiculously complicated recipes (stocking up the freezer is always good), organising lunch with people I hadn’t seen in a while, taking relaxing

But when you think about it, aren’t we ALL Bubble, really?

50 copies of La La Land and a blowtorch.

After watching two different friends go through a miscarriage and a stillbirth, respectively, I was scared shitless for nine months and found more things to be anxious about when the baby was born. Eventually I went on meds for postnatal depression and that sorted me out, but I wish I’d talked to
