Yum! I may have the motivation to go bake some apple-rhubarb bread this evening. Spent all day biking, the temperature has plummeted about 25 degrees in the last 24 hrs, so I could use some comfort food! I’m also excited about turning the oven on again.

I made 2 recipes over the last 24 hours from the Pioneer Woman. Last night, I made Cuppa Cuppa Cake-mix 1 cup self-rising flour, 1 cup sugar, and a can of fruit cocktail (I used home-canned peaches instead that I cut up into small pieces with a pair of kitchen scissors). I had some delicious dan dan noodles at a new dim sum restaurant for lunch, and I made an apple crumb pie. My kitty does not wish to say he's busy. Sleeping. No Pictures.
