I don’t think it’s possible to talk about the year in games and not talk about Fortnite, whether you love or hate the game. The BR craze was huge, impactful, and culminated with one of the most influential games of all time.

This is what so many body image messages are about. It’s thin people getting...the same. They were already thin. How is that even encouraging? Yes, you too can be like this person who was already genetically gifted or held to a strict regimen by a team of rich-person coaches and life organizers!

THIS is what pisses me off about exercise equipment ads. They always show people who are either rail thin or some overly muscled freak. Maybe show normal people with pudge and maybe it will be more inspiring...

I used to say that stationary bikes are for people who want to lose weight while changing as little as possible about what got them fat in the first place.

I use a stationary bike at the gym to cool down after the elliptical or treadmill.  Good for wasting an extra 20 minutes at the gym while I finish whatever show I’m streaming.

I get angry every time I see the house in the GMC commercial with the couple in their late 20s/ early 30s living in a million dollar modern mansion and he buys them matching GMCs because her matching watches for the hell of it. Who is this supposed to appeal to?
