I don’t send food back unless it’s unsafe or completely inedible.

oh yea. I have eaten shit so gross that I thought I was on one of those tv shows where they eat gross shit. But that’s how we find amazing new things.

Yea. Within the last ten years or so my city (as many have) has become gastrolounge heavy. The food aspect of this change is a blessing ... the people that correspond with this change kind of suck (but it’s another story all together).

not to mention tom cruise’s

Ha! I was about to post the exact same thing. Mary Shelley was a very intelligent Victorian 18. The materials that she read that influenced Frankenstein .... 18 year olds now, wouldn’t even be able to find them if they knew what to look for.

Initials like “P.D. James” are obviously different from wholesale pseudonyms like “James Tiptree Jr.” — and the long history of why women use them is undeniable —but part of me wonders how much the acts of hiding to level the playing field participate in/perpetuate that cultural bias that you mention.*

I notice the exact same thing in that exchange!

I 100% agree with you on including Padme in some way, and have always thought that if Vader being Luke’s father what such a big deal, then why was no one ever concerned about learning more about his mother!?

some people don’t deserve rights.

How stupid is it?

I see your Dinklage High Ponce English and am willing to trade for one Boyega Bombastic Constant-Surpise American

HAHA right!.... ‘lookism’

Humans have an amazingly high tolerance for things they know are awful just because they “don’t want to have to deal with this.”

You’re question is extremely poignant (and I would love to know) because I believe that had they gotten out in front of it — they could have controlled the narrative and been less open to lawsuits. There are amazing Doctors in this world, but juxtaposed with world champion gymnasts and coaches...a sports medicine

I wanted a Mass Effect trilogy much more than I wanted new star wars. I think they could adapt the original games beat for beat almost and it would be the best space opera in decades.

Yeah. I want long, involved, one-player, narrative based games. I hate the idea of getting involved with this, myself.

That game was weird.

ah yes.... the ole Hudson University Predators

speaking to your anecdotes — Colts fan here; I have not watched one single minute of NFL football this season. With Luck out (and Watson out in the same division).... I don’t care this year at all.

Yea. I liked Bama and Georgia all season, and I think UCF probably would be beat by both — but go ask Auburn......there is a reason that they play the games!
