As a law student, I saw a woman judge shut this line of thinking down so hard in an evidentiary hearing I was observing (I wasn’t otherwise involved). The attorney kept mewling about it not being covered by the State’s rape shield law, and she wasn’t having it.

I’ve come to expect it from some people, but a judge? A judge who just basically said “Look at how she dresses before making a decision.” If these are the type people passing out sentences in this country I don’t want to live here anymore.
