Yeah, any time you're talking about round shot made from soft lead you're talking about an ugly and traumatic wound. It's like being killed by a high-velocity ball peen hammer.

By my understanding that's relatively accurate. Larger shot/ball/bullet, but slower speed due to the higher mass. Ultimately it would be a similar amount of force, but the larger size of the bullet would cause it to expend its energy in the body more quickly by being in contact with more flesh and bone. This would

A blunt trauma that penetrated the skull into brain matter would be even more traumatic than a bullet that tore through smooth. The fact is injuries aren't like in movies were getting shot is either a flesh wound and nothing to be worried about or instant death. Real life injuries are weird and fairly random. From the

I heart how your mind works

Darnit! I wasn't the only one who thought of this! :D

Would need a much larger budget, for explosions and what not. Would love to see it though.

I'm actually not too familiar with either Punisher or Dark Knight, to be honest, but maybe if one of them pushed a little more towards stylish grit instead of dark drama, they could really exist side by side. Punisher could

Honestly after seeing how well done Daredevil was I feel like they could use the same format for not only a badass Punisher series but Blade as well. Lets reintroduce him to the darker side of the MCU.

I just kinda worry it might be a tad too similar to Daredevil. Both of them kinda give off the "Dark Knight" vibe: Daredevil in the Netflix show, and Punisher just in itself.

Also on the Punisher note, apparently the show-runner for the Netflix Daredevil series wants to do a Punisher series for Netflix and make it "Hard R"

That's my thought, too. They've got such a sticky history in the comics, it really just fits to have him show up there, if he doesn't get his own show first.
