That’d be a good reason too. Plus, I’m okay with Sith surnames sounding dark and sinister, but the prequels and EU got kind of silly with the Darth McEvil names: Plageius, Tyrannus, Sidious (OK, I don’t mind that last one so much).
The Hoth and Bespin sets also look better made and more real. In contrast the space slug belly and Dagoba kind of look like cheap soundstage sets from a lower-budget production.
