All of this is awesome, especially the Achievements. The Soldier's look like they're tough as nails.

This is the World's Worst Kept Secret. Of course, there's a Secret Society of Gamers. Why else would people put such energy into trashing casual games and shitting on anything that pleases a lot of people, but doesn't please THEM?

Can't help but wonder if there's a red herring thrown in here somewhere, since both of these guys are constant thorns in the Engineer's side. I'm thinking the Engineer gets beefed up here too. It'd be a nice way for Valve to finish off all 9 classes by the end of the year.

@yoshi8710: The Soldier update page states "as of oh-nine-hundred hours eastern time" on Thursday, so I'm guessing it goes from now until next Thursday, shortly before the update goes live.
