There are about 175 sidequests, and they all have little stories attached. Some of them are as simple as “Please fetch me some wool so I can knit my friend a sweater” while others have more elaborate and heartbreaking stories (like the one with the ghost dad). I won’t go into any more detail to avoid spoilers.

Don’t use session codes. You can find your friend on your console’s dashboard and join his game directly from there. SOS flares aren’t needed on the story quests. The quest will be posted on the quest board once the cutscene is over.

The beta really wasn’t really a good representation of the game since it left out the carrot on a stick that is equipment crafting. I suggest grabbing a copy from Redbox or a local rental store and playing for a night, if you aren’t hooked in a couple hours then it’s probably not the game for you.
