That price is pretty steep for a pillow. I have a memory foam pillow with cooling gel on one side that the Mrs and I picked up from Bed Bath and Beyond. We’d have it for a year now and it’s still very firm and I like it. I believe it was in the $20-30 range.
Skeletons consists of way more than just hurting others. Some of the biggest skeletons are those from people who simply hurt themselves. Point being nobody can throw stones.

Kudos to you for bossing up and getting things straight. I’ve been in a similar situation and regardless of how many people voice their opinions on what I did or didn’t do the fact remains that my life isn’t theirs and their relationship isn’t mine so I maneuver through life how I see fit.
Threads like these get under my skin cause it brings out all the people that like to shame others for doing “wrong”. I’ve done A LOT of things in my life that I’m not proud of- most people have. All the “tsk tsk” finger wagging needs to stop.
You don’t know the ins and outs of their relationship so save your moral judgement. Threads like these are ripe for people standing on their pedestals. EVERYBODY has their skeletons- yours just hasn’t come up yet. Give it time.
I’m a social worker/ counselor by profession and I ALWAYS find it interesting that human services agencies are NEVER on these lists. Damn shame really- you spend your whole day trying to help others with their stresses/ crises and your employer treats you like shit in return.
