Whoever posted this neglected to see that right above the OP of the picture (which btw your picture is tiny and basically unreadable) it says "You can't be in party chat in SOME PLAYLISTS" It doesn't look like this is for everything.

Galaxies doesn't need zombies, it needs to just roll over and die. It hasn't been entertaining since the Original Release/Jump to Lightspeed and they haven't ever done anything that didn't ruin the game.
