I mean... is he wrong? Is there anything that gets audiences out to movie theaters now, especially in pandemic conditions, in the volume that Marvel reliably does? The Good Wife is truly excellent TV; I would even say it’s the closest thing prime time network TV ever got to something as holistic as The Wire. I would also say that if you ever do decide to give it a try, stop after season 5 and cherish your memories of it in its prime

I didn’t like this show, and I was still sad it got canceled. The main trio were doing great work, and the ending left things wide open for a lot of fun without the weight of The Canon dragging them down. I wish it had gotten its chance.
