The answer is, yes, that's rape! Spousal rape is a real and common form of sexual assault. Unless you have complete consent, it's rape. If your wife said to you, "Hey, if you want to fuck me while I'm sleeping, go for it." Well then go for it. That's consent. If you don't have a previously agreement, it's rape.
