This is so exciting! I hope the robots will be okay.

It's the day after a huge launch of the second largest OS in the world. It's to be expected and some of us enjoy reading these things. It takes less than a second to jump past those five articles. Just don't click on them. Instead you wasted time to come here and bitch in the comments.

ThinkSpace is wrong; Airdrop works perfectly with iOS 8.0.1 and Yosemite. In fact, Airdrop works with iOS 7 and Yosemite. Try turning Airdrop off and back on again and restart both devices.

Futurama nails it again!

Yea but we had that same problem with the Retina Macbook Pros and eventually the content upgraded to match. Same thing will happen here.

I'm an iPad 3 owner as well so I share your pain. However I think that was a conscious decision to shift the product cycle from the Spring to the Fall to capitalize on the holiday season and they suffered for it in earnings for awhile as growth looked bad the next year because they didn't launch an iPad in the spring.

haha you're definitely not the only one.

While I don't disagree with you on the first part, I highly doubt we'll see an upgrade until next October. I'd be willing to put money on it.

WWI shaped so many things. It changed warfare in a way that hadn't been done since the 100 years war. Even firearms didn't change warfare as much as all the things that changed in WWI. The original DVD releases were not cut down to broadcast length. A few minutes every episode.

Maybe we'll get an Apple TV surprise? One can only hope.

I hope there are surprises. I love being surprised.

That was awesome...and not at all disturbing ending! Or maybe I'm just disturbed.

They recently released a cinema sins on this movie too. I guess it's a trend. Now we just need a How it should have Ended and we have the trifecta.

You mean the Norse or Northman or Normans, not the Vikings.

Unless you are The Mongols.

That's absolutely right. And he probably had more people once you count camp followers.

The thing is, with the vast majority of the world's population living in the cities, these cities are economic powerhouses. To abandon a city of millions or tens of millions of people could throw a wrench in so many things.

Exactly! When Hulu started it had 2 or 3 ad breaks of one ad. Now you have 5 or 6 ad breaks and each one has 3 ads, exactly like watching it on live TV except you can't forward it using your DVR. So what's the incentive to use Hulu? I'm not going to pay AND watch ads. One or the other Hulu. I'd even pay more, say $15

I've cut the cord for almost 4 years now. I use all of those (except Hulu because Hulu sucks. It used to be cool but now it's awful) and adding HBO would be pretty awesome. $15 isn't too much at all. A lot of different shows are available on their own streaming sites too.
