I bet they calculated the benefits of adding downforce vs drag.

Cold tires and 1.5 psi off. We all know why...

Perry vs. Perry!
I’m a pretty serious weight lifter and I have quiet a few friends on Keto and they NEVER SHUT UP ABOUT IT. The crazy thing is I’m as lean as they are (about 11% body fat right now) and I get to eat pizza and cookies because guess what staying lean is just about calorie management, Keto has no metabolic advantages to…
I feel like Batuu is supposed to be the every-planet for Star Wars fans. I mean sure, it’s not Couruscant, but it definitely falls at the intersection between Tatooine and Hoth, or Takodana and Endor, and while it’s not in the movies it’s definitely the kind of place I can have adventures like that.
As someone who has lived in downtown Chicago for 5 years and went 3 of those without a plate, I can assure you they do not have better things to do. I ended up paying close to $500 in tickets for not having a front license plate before I caved.
lol you’re adorable. Not only is your study completely irrelevant to the discussion (IF as a weight loss tool) but it is targeted to men with prediabetes. It also only had a n of 8. If that is your definition of “the science is clear” then I’ll continue to ignore your opinions.
No diet is a miracle weight loss tool, it all comes down to calorie restriction (no matter what the low carb zealots want to tell you). Pretty much the only non surgical miracle weight loss tool is DNP but that’s not exactly legal.
The same argument could potentially be made for exercising in a fasted state.
Keto doesn’t have any metabolic advantage so it doesn’t matter. Yes you “burn more fat” but you area also ingesting more fat so at the end of the day it’s a wash and you are right back to calories in vs calories out. This has been proven time and again by every well controlled study, even one funded by low carb zealot…
Did Han just spend the entire night spooning an unconscious Luke inside that hollowed-out Tauntaun or what? If so, was he the big spoon, or did he wear Luke like a blanket?
Whiskey stones solve a problem nobody needs solved. Whiskey drinkers like it either neat, with a splash of water, or on the rocks (or part of a mixed drink). That’s an increasing order of wetness. Nobody really wants it cold and dry. They THINK they might, but not really.
I love how this tech blog is crying foul about destroying rock formations when the CGI is just as obvious as Justice League. Did the same people do this?
I think that this is a stunt that everyone’s in on. If you’re a social-media “influencer” (barf) why would you let it be known that you’re an idiot with a capital I? Wouldn’t this irrevocably damage your brand? They would need to sign a release to allow their image to be broadcast and if that were me, I wouldn’t do it.
I have a general rule of thumb if a “Diet” has a name its normally not great. I’ve been leaning out for about four months now and all I do is count calories, macros, and use intermittent fasting to help it out. Supplement it with a regular exercise regiment of heavy lifting and cardio and its been effective.
Eating sensibly and understanding caloric intake is the only long-term effective diet.
“The King is back.....” Really? King of what?
Then in ten years Hollywood will expect us to take you seriously as a Tom Clancy hero.
I was really hoping this study would show keto is fucking stupid (it is), but 3 days is a pretty lame study. How lazy were these researchers? Were they lacking energy due to being on the keto diet themselves?
