You are right, the Big Mac numbers are slightly off. I was more trying to make the point that macro wise a cheeseburger can be just as “healthy” as a salad. It all comes down your personal caloric and macronutrional goals. A burger is no more inherently “unhealthy” than a salad is inherently “healthy.”
