Let’s face it, this film probably wouldn’t have been made if it hadn’t starred an Oscar winner. Sometimes you need ‘names’ to get the finances. I’d rather see this story told, than not be made at all. And it is a bit of a gray area, if Lili is presented as a man for two-thirds of the movie.
