yes it does.

Had the Aton 1. Nice seat, no real complaints. It’s about the only seat that will fit in the back of a Fiesta ST. The leg on the car seat base makes many installations challenging - you need a flat load floor if you want to put the base in the center. Locking the seat into the base can be tricky if you are in a hurry,

Agreed, although the Golf R is more like $37k after TTL (i.e., walkout price for base, manual R). The Focus RS has fractionally more power but needs to be equipped with the RS2 package, which ups the price to $39.5K (NOT walkout, so add another ~2.5K) to match the base Golf R equipment level and still comes with the

The real issue here is that the rule is clear: “Vehicles at least 21 years old with replacement engines are not eligible for this exemption unless they contain equivalent or newer *EPA certified engines.* Customs may require proof of vehicle age.”

“This sounds more like bureaucracy than environment protection.”

“where Hyundai/Kia reliability and build quality is pretty damn good these days”

That looks almost exactly like a lexus ES from a decade ago with a ridiculous button shifter and even more artificial looking wood. And by a decade, I mean exactly 10 years ago - http://www.carlist.com/newcar/2006/Le…

Re. strollers: Baby Jogger City mini zip. Compact enough to even take on a plane as carry on if you really want to.

Maybe federal criminal charges, but you’d have to get federal prosecutors to care enough for a one off case. No federal civil jurisdiction likely though- you have to have either a federal civil statute available to the buyer (fraud and theft are usually covered by state laws/common laws, but i don’t know for sure

If you have the elements to establish theft, you basically get the elements of fraud for free. Let’s see specific intent to deceive? Well, he actually sold it and then stole it, so yep. Material? Well, it’s grand theft. Reliance? Again, he stole it, etc.

Yeah, I got the regular seats because the Recaros simply did not fit. They were comfortable enough, but when the seat position is adjusted the way I wanted it, I can’t get my legs out between the bolster and the steering wheel.

I agree that the mileage figures are optimistic. I do think your definition of ‘driving like an idiot’ is different from mine - I generally see 23, maybe 24 mpg in near enough 100% city driving, driving ‘like an idiot.’ Air con always on though (because Houston).
