I’m sure Anime Japan will be pretty crazy this weekend as well. At least I hope it is, since I’m paying good yen to be there :/

I mean some people say it’s one place or the other. derp.

It’s funny because there’s like this small rivalry between Yamanashi and Shizuoka. Some people say one or the other, though the best answer is both places :)

More people should visit Yamanashi when/if they come to Japan. I went to uni in Kofu at 山梨大学. So much nature and beauty there. I live in Tokyo now, but I try and visit once a month to get away from the city.

Going back for the Shingen-ko Matsuri next month. If I get some good pictures with my DSLR I’ll send them

Maybe they should call their group....Shinsen...GOMI ho ho ho

I’m an hour in and it’s not a borefest just yet, but I’m sure it’ll get there. As an Attack on Titan fan I’m enjoying it thus far. I do have that inherit fear it’s going to get bad/repetitive/monotonous very soon. We’ll see....

Not to mention, he has one of the best 3D mousepads as well :D

We probably work in the same building :D If you’re looking at the perspective in the pic my building is to the left. Maybe we’re even coworkers and we don’t know it! :O

Haha that first picture is awesome. It’s from the north side of Kichijoji next to Sun Road. I take a break across from Ali-Baba everyday outside.

Sweeeet, always looking for something gaming related to do close to Tokyo. Thanks for the heads up Brian!

Very nice. Looks like one of the Fuji Five lakes. Kawaguchi-ko possibly? Kofu was my old stomping grounds. Leaving Tokyo behind for a bit to visit old friends at month’s end in Yamanashi. Gotta love those fruits and wine from there :)

Interesting. Part of me wanted to pick this up. I see banners on posts all over Tachikawa for this game, seeing as a large chunk of it supposedly takes place here. Kinda like Gatchaman Crowds when it first came on.

I’ve lived in Japan for more than a year and I have yet to ride a Shinkansen. Time to plan that trip back to Kyoto without having to use an overnight bus again!

おいしそう、食べたいよ。

Haha I see a cutoff of E Honda up there. I caught him at the Capcom booth today playing some Street Fighter V. Good stuff today. Was pretty packed.

Ya that’s what everyone tells me. I hear it’s more of a spice level thing. Apparently, Japanese curry doesn’t come close to the hot/spiciness of Indian curry. Even when it’s made my native Indians it doesn’t have that supposed kick, but it’s still good!

Now playing

Ahhh YMO, when I hopped into a friend’s car here in Japan and heard this song I couldn’t stop laughing.

I don’t see anywhere in my post where I’m dissing on Indian curry, in fact I loved it the first time I tried it. I say “shit” because I’m using it as a pun because this is “unko curry”.

Well I’m no expert to curry, because I stated it was the first time I had eaten it until recently. But, if I’m reading this article

After just recently trying Indian Curry the first time ever (yes I’m sheltered) in Kichijoji, I’m half tempted to go and eat this shit!

Too bad it sounds like the taste was made awful on purpose :/

X Japan, such a great band. “Forever Love” is also a favorite of mine. Easily one of my favorite Japanese rock bands. Great pick Brian!
