I didn't watch the last movie, so… bullet dodged?
I didn't watch the last movie, so… bullet dodged?
ahhh, right. I vaguely remember that origin story, but it's been a long while! thanks.
I'm kinda surprised it isn't required. I can kinda get the argument when CGI was nonexistent or fairly terrible, but nowadays…
this reference is kinda lost on me and mildly disturbing so… good job, I guess?
holy fuck.
I'm always going on about people on regular old bicycles needing to wear helmets, let alone motorized vehicles… head trauma doesn't take much to be extremely serious. :(
how does it work with regards to safety regulations and insurance for performance stuff like this? (whether for movies / shows / etc. or live action circus type things)
I, uh… still haven't watched the reboot. I don't even really remember how the last couple seasons of the show panned out, as it didn't always seem to know where to go after Duchovny (sp?) and Anderson went on to other projects or whatever happened.
it's called Fool Us, if it's the one I've seen on Canadian Netflix?
our accounts aren't automatically ported over, right?
it's not really intended as a complaint of course… it's just that the catharsis feels acutely framed by that monologue.
it's always that weird caveat: I love spirituality. but for the love of $DEITY, don't organize and turn it into a thing! that's what ruins it! so religion gets my casual snub and thumbs down. (social anxiety makes it tricky to relax and relate, but I don't trust ideological pretexts in general, ergo…)
the opening was ridiculously well done. shame the rest of the movie dropped the ball
odds are pretty good that he'd engaged in that sort of behaviour before. most decent people don't just up and commit assault out of the blue one day on a whim. it's a pattern of disgusting awfulness.
regular career suicide apparently wasn't enough…
whereas District B13 just assumed the major players in a specific cordoned off suburb are all highly capable parkour athletes!
good on ya. you made the world a brighter place. :)
Taken is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. I had no idea why my old roommates would always wax rhapsodic over what looked like just another absurd vehicle / B-movie. needless to say, I should've watched it sooner. what a gem.
this feature is fantastic and does a great job of reminding me which action movies are actually worth following up on, as I haven't seen very many of the ones in the margins (or in the case of this, the one featured).
it's rather catchy, but super repetitive.
