an argument could be made that it's no longer filler if it's fun? :)

at first I thought you were just being crude… truth is stranger (and funnier) than fiction? :)

I think my favourite compromise is buy the vinyl, but here's a FLAC download code. (also a nice thank you for purchasing a new copy)

do they hate money? surely people want this.

I wouldn't remember Ty Cobb off the top of my head, though… I'm not a big sports person. I know the name, but couldn't tell you what he did or what team(s) he played for

I think some similar things have been tried with psilocybin and LSD, but MDMA in particular seems well equipped for relaxing internal barriers, whether relating to others or the self.

I tend to be pretty quiet until I get into a conversation, at which point I can kinda spill over with enthusiasm and extraneous details.

not really about to unpack this to any great extent, but what exactly would be the criteria for someone to be considered a leader in that regard? leader might not be the ideal choice of words. much as I hate the term, it makes me kinda think of that relatively modern marketing buzzword "influencers" which serves as a

oddly enough, I've had some success at finishing the couple of Ubisoft open world games I've played (Far Cry 3 and Far Cry Blood Dragon, both 100% completion), as I didn't mind the padding. (doesn't hurt that I only play an open world game once every couple of years, it seems.)

also, the cost to produce a modern AAA game is pretty insane, and a lot of that has to do with the amount of effort that goes into creating high resolution art assets alone, to say nothing of the rigging, requisite motion capture, lip sync animations, playtesting…

yeah, I knew "tabernac" was short for tabernacle — that one was always rather straightforward to me. the other ones were kinda lost on me though.

to be fair, it seems like they launched a console without the online feature suite since people are exceptionally dedicated to cracking Nintendo consoles.

I can't remember if I can do this with the PS3? I noticed that the cloud backup feature is exclusive to PS+ (which makes sense as a value add option, can't say I blame Sony there), but I am mildly concerned about losing my Demon's Souls save. I figure I'm 85% or so through the game, still haven't finished it.

yeah, I think I'm gonna finally get around to putting a hacked firmware on my 3DS some time soon. I got it to dip into the 3DS game library as much as to throw emulators on it and get my SNES on. I still haven't finished Ocarina of Time, as I kinda forgot what I was doing, even though I think I'm at the part where the

it's very powerful stuff and holds a ludicrous amount of potential with regards to therapy and such (its original intended use), due to its effects on emotional lability.

gotta say, I love how a metric fuckton of swear words in Quebec are all aimed at the church and its historical fucking with pretty much everything in the province.

I wish I could get that here in Canuckistan. sounds fantastic.

ah, here it is: I Know That Voice.
