I rewatched it last year at some point. it's not so bad if you slowly chip away at the episodes (and avoid some of the clunkier ones — you can safely skip a lot of the first and second season's non-arc episodes)

I think I read another commenter's experience on here. if an anecdote is anything to go by, it's not inherently a magic bullet, as it can help with the immediacy of the episode, but not necessarily in the long term?
