These particular signs are on the meters themselves, with the metered hours, and the meters do not prevent you from paying, which they normally do for no parking/meter times.

Streetcleaning restrictions are the least confusing signs. In SF (and I assume elsewhere), they have no parking signs on meters during the only hours that the meters are open, and the meters are not blocked out from you paying, such as they do afterhours.

I recently read the CNN article about Christie’s beach day. Such an easy thing to report on how pathetic his actions were without showing bias. Instead the article was littered with personal commentary and unnecessary adjectives.

CNN is basically Hillary. They had/have one very simple job and continue to go out of their way to fuck it all up.
