I came here to ask that same question, since it’s been on my radar a while, but I haven’t actually sat down to watch yet. Good to know!

So weird. I still don’t understand why she was convicted. She was an abuse victim who needed intensive psychological care, not someone who needed to spend years in prison. Although I suppose prison could be some sort of halfway house for her.
One murder and the guy gets life. That’s an outrageous sentence.
that’s woke yo
Sad times for Dewey Crowe, that’s fer sure!
I’m confused by the argument here. I regularly disagree with Dowd’s scores, but are you arguing that his reviews shouldn’t reflect his opinion on the quality of the film?
Yeah! Don’t they know they’re supposed to write reviews specifically with halloweenjack’s tastes in mind?!
Sometimes it’s not worth it.
Just a heads up for trailers that pop up: you don’t need to announce whether or not you’re going to see the movie.
This isn’t an airport. You don’t need to announce your departure.
Thanks for letting us know brah
I’d watch this for the Bruce Lee scenes alone.
To be perfectly fair: if anyone has a mansplaining coming, it’s Nora.
I was born in the late 70's and I was a huge MJ fan as a kid in the 80's, but for so many people to now be shocked by the obvious fact that he’s a pedophile is just ridiculous.
As a sex worker and staunch feminist, I fucking LOVE IT when other feminists tell me that I’m delusion, a tool of the patriarchy, an oppressed person, or a traitor to my gender. I LOVE THAT SO MUCH YOU GUYS!!
This. Plus the increase in reporting crimes against sex workers when sex workers don’t have to worry about being arrest themselves is gonna lead to more reporting and provide a nice data artifact for the opposition. On this one, I tend to trust Amnesty as likely having the most realistic picture.
Can’t wait to see the swift justice on this immigrant with a violent criminal past.
Got it. Worth checking out?
I thought the first season - in addition to simply being way better and more fun than a lifelong fan of The Karate Kid ever could’ve hoped - did a really good job of showing both Johnny and Daniel as sympathetic yet flawed. Neither is purely the villain or good guy, kinda like real people.
When did Rogue absorb most of her powers for a time? That was a thing, right, or am I thinking of someone else?
