Nice but where is the hatchback version?
fuck this. another corporate bail out. this is the same as me going on a coke binge, losing my job and crying about how if I don’t get my job back my kids will be needy. fuck them. The GM and bank bailouts were a horrible precedent.
First new car we ever bought as newlyweds was a 1991 Amigo. We loved that thing. Drove it for 13 years all over the country. Offroading around Utah’s Canyonlands, Arizona, Colorado, California, and more. Only repair, beyond consumables, I had to do was a head gasket at around 100K miles. We’d go months without putting…

One million percent this. I skipped through all of the spoiled kid’s blabber. I don’t give a shit about your story, rich kid.
“Any coincidence that the CEO of the research firm is Japanese and the list is comprised mostly of Japanese cars?”
In 2005, I bought a 2000 Honda Civic with 96,000 miles on it. I had it until it got totaled last year — it lasted me 11 years and a good 100,000 miles on top of the original 96,000. And I suspect I could have gotten several more years out of it if it wasn’t for the crash. I’d replaced the radiator shortly before the…
