Out here in West Texas, this stuff is considered doing Gawd’s work.

“...the better team won 4-2, against the odds and against a buncha bullies who play a dirty brand of hockey. You know how good it feels to smack a bully in the mouth and send him home crying? Yeah, that’s how good this feels. Hope it hurts, Ducks.”

Getzlaf and Kessler are bitches...

And quit making oafish crappy free-throw shooters shoot free throws, amiright?

Anyone with a visible muscle looks “juiced” to pepetual tub-of-goo Chris Bosio.

Pachulia is a dirty thug.

The “we are/were pregnant” thing makes me a bit nauseated.

All of this commentary resonates with me... especially:

My band opened for the Ramones in Denver, March 1977... 40 freaking years ago. Right before Rocket to Russia was released IIRC. Sharing a tiny dressing room with them was great fun and illuminating.

I never liked the change to overtime in the NFL.

Exhausted from so much winning... he warned you!

His girlfriend is hawt!

Religion = the greatest and worst hoax perpetrated upon humanity since the ascent of man.

Beyond reproach, played the game the right way. Like the way he (and Frank Thomas) always bowed away from pitches on the inner HALF of the plate... and like the time he faked getting hit by a pitch that clearly only hit the knob of his bat. Leadership! Integrity!

I think it was 1988. I selected Renteria as one of my three minor league draft picks in my first Rotisserie League season. He was not a good pick.

Maybe there’s more to the story!

We all need, require, crave more Red Sox, Cubs and Yankee games on TV (no MLB package required!).

As long as it’s not Jim Nantz on the mic, it’s a plus.

“None of these examples are at all convincing, ...”

“He’ll have to fight for every inch of post position against the smartest defender in the NBA, and while he has a sizable height advantage, Green is probably stronger than him.”
