I am right there with you on the electrical companies, growing supplies manufactures, the production folks. I just don’t see that much money in the cannabis plants themselves. I am no stranger to comment/star ratios and recognize I am in the minority quite substantially.

It’s makes me sad how many people think growing plants is as difficult as raising chickens and cows. Last I checked, you can’t lock a bunch of cows and chickens in your closet.

if you rent an apartment in Denver you probably signed a lease that said you can’t grow pot there also I can’t have any more than 12 plans no more than 6 of which can be flowering so room for error.

But it is unbelievably stupid to believe every single person is now going to grow their own.

The notion that because I grow my own cannabis, I therefore must own and milk a cow is ludicrous imo.

I am trying not generalize about an entire country. I am wondering if home grows will significantly reduce the revenue of these cannabis firms.

I live in a state where cannabis is quite illegal. I grew 6 plants in a space of about 5x5 ft with a aeroponic set up. It seemed pretty simply to me outside of the risk.

I get the tomato ref (although I am not a big fan so I am not going to grow them). Not sure owning a cow and milking it is in the same ballpark as growing 10-15 plants.

I am not an expert. IMO this definition sounds like the patent options for a plant are limited...

Yes, I see the consumer side. I just don’t see how that corner shop is going to make much money (because I think there will be a lot of competition and undercutting of prices ie home grow).
