It was better than I expected, doesnt reinvent the wheel in terms of animation ot storytelling, but it was amusing enough. The final 10 minutes wraps up things a little too neatly like a bow (think The Lorax). Kids will like it. Fans should just wait for the dvd or stream...I think it is just as good as the 2…
This is just as good as the two movies EXECEPT the ending.
Little kids in the theater iattended (about four of them) giggled occasionally but the adults laughed more.
Slight spoiler
She is older in these movies, but the youngest in the tv show.
Subtle satire actuslly. The villainess has Trumplike hair and holds a “rally” near the film’s climax.
Relax. I just saw this today. I am not spoiling anything by saying that by the end of the movie everyone learns a lesson and tolerance wins out.

I am thinking a razzle-dazzle musical. So kill me.
I guess we can presume that more time had passed after her shift was completed and the problems were building, and slapping the kid was the final straw. The way they leaped from moment to moment was not as skillfully handled as TIU usually does (I had bits of confusion during the Jack Jr timeline jumps as well).
Funny enough, Richards played a killer mobster in the unevennl Zuckeresque parody movie “Young Doctors In Love". I havent seen that in about 30 years!
Beautifully written essay. Thanks for sharing.
