Yeah the 4.0.1 update "supposedly" fixed that. And then there was 4.0.2 and now 4.0.3 is coming. Hopefully 4.0.3 fixes both the reception & volume problem.

Yeah it's so low that is has to be a software problem. At least I hope it's a software problem and not a hardware problem. I tried the Volume+ (Sound Boost) app, but I didn't notice a difference.

This is why I love Android. The developer community is awesome! Installed & working perfectly on my Galaxy Nexus!
