I first heard about this application at hack7mc.com, which is an excellent WMC site. The homeworld theme is by far my favorite, being my stock theme since I first learned about custom themes almost a year and a half ago. Everyone should try!!!!!

I thought i should say, Weave is NOT a bookmark syncing tool. It's a way to move and share data through the cloud. Weave sync is the first use of this tool, which synchronizes your bookmarks, history, open tabs, preferences, almost anything (except extensions, for now). If you only use firefox there is no reason to

@endolith: you mean the interfaces that tell you exactly the steps they are going to take on your drive with detailed graphical, color-coded representations of all your drives? Is the warning that tells you that you're about to do something potentially very unsafe if you do not know what you are doing a poor interface

@PixelProphet: Well, technically that would be darwine or cider or some other "port", but yeah, it's how EA gets its games to work on Mac.

@Maave: Yes, but it is as close to officially supported as it's gonna get, and wine makes windows applications work pretty damn well under linux.

THAT SYMBOL IS NOT THE BACKSLASH!!!!!!!! THE BACKSLSH LOOKS LIKE THIS: \

@Kevin Drum: What asshole does that? I come in and find a seat. They were already there, and if someone asked me to move down along with my whole row so they could squeeze into a seat they didn't get to first, I'll laugh in their face.

@tbekolay: OK, thanks for the links and contributions, but I still cannot find any information on how to make a persistent 64bit ubuntu flash drive alone. The multiple boot thing doesn't seem like the problem at this point. I CAN make a persistent 32-bit (i686).

@tbekolay: well for carrying around it definitely has to be one drive. I want it to have 64bit so I can use it as my persistent linux drive plus installer.

@njdevil: You should check the winehq, it's where you can find out what runs with WINE. However, if it runs with WINE you might be able to get it to work with the same technology EA is using to port their library to Mac: Cider.

Here's a related question:

@blash: If I forget to start my machine back up on sleep then it's dead in two days when I get back to it.

@reluttr: What they're referring to I believe is the tech used to determine whether the headphone jack is being used. It's tech available on the iPhone as well as almost everything with a headphone jack.

@uneasy rhetoric: Yeah, I have to plus one that. This is the way to get the best deals on Newegg for sure.

@zod000: That's the way I read it, too.

@(Starman) 258, Brigadier-General of the FireWire Battalion: Not sure how you came up with that. Sure, light touch is iffy, but the regular touch is at least average. The Storm2 could just be tuned to not register the softer touch. Remember, it has a click to the screen, so users will tend to be more heavy-handed.

@LeftClicker: Actually I would have to say that to me the purple OS X wallpaper was one of the worst all-time wallpapers released for an OS. It'll be one rung lower, though, when this one comes out.

@qban.boi.84: "Well, good or bad, it'll get us some press!" Which is why I am currently having a ball with Gentoo.

@gerrrg: Yeah, but this year the flash shit they dump you into by default is total bullshit. And they have a cap for the Silverlight (HQ) one, too. I've hit it several times this tourney.
