Thanks for the recommendation.
I’d argue that it is still special. It’s one of the handful of games from my youth that I can still play and legitimately enjoy without putting on the nostalgia glasses.
I’m impressed that the level design/gameplay allows for these types of challenges.
Let’s stop pretending like that asshole doesn’t already know all of this. He knows it. He’s one of the figureheads of a fascist propaganda network that traffics in lies and deception. His entire reason for existing is to keep people on the right angry and afraid of bogeymen and scapegoats to distract from the ongoing…
As someone living in the rest of the world: yes.
This is such a good idea it should be implemented in all future video games with brightness adjustment settings.
I turn the difficulty down to the lowest available setting, unless no such setting exists or I’ve played the game and/or series before. For PC games, I turn all the graphical settings up to their highest level.
Still, if people didn’t protest things that are ubiquitous, change would never happen.
I forgot that Geordi rocked an awesome beard at some point in the series.
I wish they’d told me this in 2002! I would have kept those old save files!
With his rapey-resume he’s probably on the fast track for a presidential and/or supreme court nomination.
Indeed.
Maybe it’s because I’m old, but I though the Nintendo Direct and the Blizzard thing were equally as exciting. I never played Skyward Sword because it required the WiiMotion plus controller, and I’ve been wanting to revisit Diablo 2 for years now but could never get it working properly on my modern PC. Also, Mario Golf…
I turned around and high-fived my wife (working from home).
Good riddance.
I didn’t enjoy Borderlands, but I loved Tales from the Borderlands. Went back and tried Borderlands 2, still didn’t enjoy it.
I’m 41 and I cry at pretty much every Pixar movie.
Yakuza 0 on PC uses phone booths to save. I was one hour into the game and I had to Google how to save. I also had to Google how to exit the game because it’s buried in the Settings menu. At some point I’ll pick up the PS4 version and hopefully I can just sleep the console whenever I’m done playing.
I tried Yakuza 0, and I loved it, until I realized that I would have to play for another 1 hour before I could save for the first time. So I uninstalled and got a refund. Archaic save points, now there’s a game mechanism that doesn’t respect the player’s time.
