@ddrfr33k: Well, I have no idea what store might be yours, but I could get into the habit of asking every clerk if their online persona is ddrfr33k.

@Cururu: The industry is convinced they know what people want to read so either we are the outliers or they really do know what most people care to read.
I'm still shaking my head at the fact that I know every little detail about the House Representative's condition but not even the names of the other six victims who DIED.
@scrapking: I know exactly what you mean and would like to put it into words, but that would be difficult for me.
@Zaos: EBA is bus stop, office room, cafe embarrassing. Not so much in a noisy place, as you said. I did have one girl curious enough to try it once, and she got addicted to it. That was a cool moment.
@Ash Paulsen: Well, see, Ash Paulsen, I used to care what people thought of me, but I guess since that problem is by and gone you have a point Ash Paulsen.
Did the video get Kotaku bombed?
@MissAshley42: I disagree that the 'alarmist' view is outdated. I don't like the direction Nintendo is taking with their games still, and I only play the Wii for a game of Mario Party 2 with my brothers and sisters.
@MyNameIsNobody: I would normally stop replying by now, but you mentioned the Japanese sequel so I must comment.
@aaunderoath: I agree with your reasons but for me 'slowing down in the middle' doesn't make it 'pretty good' to me. We have different standards and that's OK.
@madcatz: Well, the same enemies at the beginning of the game are pretty much the same at the end. They just added gobs of health and called it 'progression'.
@Zaos: I let the clerk know Cooking Mama was for myself, and I heard it had good gameplay so I wanted to try it. I just wanted props for that, I guess.
@MyNameIsNobody: That is 90% of Gamestop clerks, but yes, I know what you mean :]
I'm surprised at the amount of people unable to appreciate this video. I thought the message and emotions were very well-conveyed. Nothing happened without a reason.
@dana22: I also completely disagree. The form was a vessel for the underlying message, like Xeo said. Still, it's an acquired taste.
@Zelda did it!: I think it was very well-made but definitely not everyone's cup of tea. It was extremely dark, but the emotion was well-conveyed.
@MyNameIsNobody: While I definitely think it was at least somewhat embarrassing to ask the clerk for those games, you win this round.
@ak-blanc - peace!: Don't let me necessarily deter you because, frankly, it depends on how easily you're entertained. I've played a disgusting amount of games from almost every genre, so it takes a pretty good game to please me.
I bought Cooking Mama 1 AND 2. In person. At a Gamestop. Same deal with Elite Beat Agents.
@samosir: Guilty as charged.
