The emphasis on “fun games” makes me think the game just plain sucked and they couldn’t think of any enjoyable aspects of the game other than it being great eye candy. Maybe they saw the Skyrim Special Edition sales and said “eh, this ship has came and gone, time to move on”?

Music is very powerful. If they rap about being a respectable human being then the rap isn’t what’s doing it. But most rap music talks about grinding in the club, tapping dat a**, getting drunk, getting high, and gang violence. The problem isn’t rap, it’s the narrative they pass down from generation to generation.

I stocked up so hard on the 1st party games. I probably spent $1k on games, dlc, and Amiibos combined. And to be honest, the only game I ever put a lot of time into was Hyrule Warriors. I think I wanted to believe it was a good game system, but I knew deep down it was garbage.
