Barry, I think you should consider a weekend trip to Starling City for some basic fight lessons. Your attempts to punch people do not inspire confidence.

I keep forgetting that Ben Edlund is involved in this show. Yeah, if that episode sucks, I might have to give up.
Yeah, I spent the whole scene wishing I could be watching "Peekaboo." Which is probably not what Gotham wants its viewers to think.
Wow. I comment sporadically but I said something worthy of this meme. Night = made.
Logue and McKenzie, Penguin, and the general atmospherics are about the only things I'm really enjoying. Everything else is such wasted potential. Yet I'm gonna keep watching.
I thought it might've been Scarecrow for a hot minute until the dude went nuts in the convenience store. Then I said, out loud to my mom who was in the room with me, "Oh, it's venom, isn't it?"
This is the track from the OST. It's called "The Scientist." So great.
It's the same person who does ARROW so I'm already excited to buy the soundtrack when they release it.
I've hiked in Sterling Forest, and it's pretty quiet. It's about a 40 minute drive from my hometown, and that area turns rural fairly quickly. It's all farmland and apple orchards up there.
Oh damn it, I was just talking about this with a friend of mine. We watched the birth scene right before lunch period. Still not over that like 16 years later.
If you can get to episode 9, "Year's End," I think that's where the show makes its turn.
Agreed. Okay, true confession, Batman Beyond is my favorite of the DCAU because it started airing when I was a freshman in high school. I enjoyed BTAS but I got Batman Beyond. And that show could be as fucked up as any of the darkest episodes of BTAS.
And now I have to watch that episode.
She seems to be in the premiere episode so at least we'll have some of her soon.
Oded Fehr will be the (live-action) Ra's Al Ghul of my heart. David Warner still rules them all, though.
Fox has Joe "History's Worst Monster" Buck, so… No, they don't.
They even threw in an "unfunded mandate" for good measure.
This is what I meant. Probably should've clarified with an "according to Arabic" somewhere, but it was late when I typed that. Yes, "raysh" is the correct BTAS pronunciation, which is how it's lodged in my head, but the Arabic pronunciation wouldn't have the "sh" sound. From what I can understand, "raysh" would be…
I know Ra's Al Ghul from the DC Animated Universe. That was my childhood, and I gasped out loud when I heard his name. (And I'm going to say his name as "raysh" for the rest of my life, no matter how wrong it is.)
For some states, 18 is old enough to tend bar, even if they can't drink. Since we have no idea where Starling City is, I'm going to go with it being one of those states. (Which, interestingly, rules out the entire West Coast since all three states are 21.)
