I don’t think he’s looking to score points with anyone. This seems to be motivated by spite more than anything else. It grinds his gears that he went down for that tape while the Mandarin Orange Candidate got elected.

Andy Reid’s expression when that final red zone holding was called after the defense had somehow heroically managed to stave off the NYJ from a TD twice was something to behold. Why is it that so many Republican politicians have facial expressions that suggest, at best, a patholological disconnect from normal human social behavior? You’d think it’d be an impediment to being a politician, or at least a gigantic red flag to the electorate.
