Its 30fps because it has the performance of an RX 6700 10gb and at ultra 4k that gpu gets about 30fps. They could have turned down settings to get it higher but to studios ultra 4k feels more next gen then 60fps with less visual wow factor. 

A big problem with this design is the wings are too long for airports, that is a huge hurtle to overcome.

The consoles are around a RX 6700 non xt, if they targeted 30fps at 4k then you can see how gpu’s would preform. A 6900xt/3090 is about 50% stronger so 45fps, a 4090 is double that so 90 fps at 4k.

Still stupidly expensive for gen 3 ssds

Just put Pantographs on electric cars. Overhead wire would be cheaper and many cities already have them in place.
